No, the way to get in is to call a locksmith. They slip an air bag between the door and frame to open the edge a half inch and then insert a bendy rod to pop the lock. It takes 5 minutes. Or you can buy them from Home Depot and it will take you 30 minutes.

Check the power to the cluster with your multimeter. You may find a broken wire within the loom.

You have a short to ground. It is normally wiring in the harness that is subbed through somewhere on it journey to the items covered by the fuses. For all those, I would check behind the fuse box. Are you sure it is covering all those? And the fuse box diagram agrees that is multiple fuses :>)

inspect the threads, one might be crushed. try pulling up while turning so the threads engage

Remove one of the spark plugs and check to see if it is getting spark. If it is not getting spark then you have a ignition problem.

seems like it's going into limp mode intermittently i would try cleaning crack shaft sensor. or replace.

if this has anti-lock brakes it may be the HCU(hydraulic control unit) may have air in it. it may have to be activated to get all the air out.

run the fault codes and check for crank shaft / cam shaft sensors check that the cam shafts are turning ( broken timing belt /chain) check immobiliser operation

the only fix is to replace the seal anything else is a waste of money and oil

Sounds like flasher has failed it will be in close proximity to the under-dash fuse panel. Get a new one ,it will help you identify the one your looking for.

I sent to an auto parts place and bought it and casually asked the clerk where it went. He almost offered to go out into the parking lot to help me. He told me where it went, but then I forgot. They ran out of manuals (handy and cheap), but I got one on order. PS: Kia used the same one and it costs either the same or less. Back then there really wasn't much difference between Kias and Hyundais. You could call up one of the nationally known auto parts suppliers and simply ask the guy over the phone and tell him you'll come down and pick it up if he has one.
