did you look to see if belt attached or pump failed

Some gaskets have been known to fail and cause vacuum leaks, it happened on mine. I took it in to have them checked/replaced.

MCU unit in door has been known to have issues. Have codes read for proper switch positions to see if this needs to be changed. Another note is faulty negative battery cables have been known to cause all kinds of electrical anomalies. Its a $60 part but may save you heartache in the long run if it fixes this problem or not.

May be wheel bearings, could be a warped brake disk, unbalanced wheel, dry transfer case may need fluid, drive shaft linkage.

Is the check engine light on ? Exhaust restriction ? Low fuel pressure ?

Your vibration can be from several different things: Brake rotors warped, Tire out of balance, lugnuts loose, etc. The most common reason would be a tire has thrown a weight creating the shimmy. One thing that can happen is the brake pads can get rusted to the rotors or the parking brake cables can rust internally. Neither is unusual, they just need to be freed up. Jack the rear wheels up to see if they will turn. Be sure to use jack stands for safety. When you turn the wheel, you should be able to see the driveshaft turn. A guy on Community Car Talk said, " I tried putting it in neutral, spinning the good wheel really fast by hand, and then running to the cab and slamming on the parking brake. Lo and behold! That freed it"
