Sounds like the Voltage to the TPS is to high, burning them out to soon, unfortunately the only thing I can think of is a FULL COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC !!

Check the calipers, rear brake adjustment might be out of adjustment. Emergency bk poss engaged . ck for a burning smell fm the brakes calipers may be starting to lock up. Check tire wear

Slip yoke and output shafts. Try lubricant on slip yoke with Teflon grease..remove output shafts to transfer case and lubricate slip yoke

No possible way if u call a lock smith with the computer to look up vin and make original ke if it's the factory ignition in it

The first thing ill do is check the fuel filter and second fuel regulator,also the egr valve if fuel filter is clogged it wont start ,if the regulator dont deliver fuel it wont start, also check for the plug wires in the distributor cup if the one on the center is loose it wont start good luck!!!

Haynes repair manual xplains or library sec629. Make sure cooling lines to the trans are flowing. Is fluid level normal. Sensor may not b issue. A data stream run w factory gear pinpoints area. Dont see a dealer

The COP Ignition coils are not good They may not show up on cylinder misfire counts, at start up or on a road trip, but after 7 years they all fail & act up when they want to My advice--learn the technology & stay away from a dealer,you sort of see why Do not need codes to have vehicle problems I have walked new coils on fords, because the professional tools don't see all the coil issues, when they act up On start up you should the PO300 & 316 codes on scan tool, based on what your saying

Checking the pressure in the A/C system is key. You need to find out if the system is low or empty. A low system can often be saved with a can of Freon with sealer. Sometimes the low pressure safety switch can be bad and cut off the system early. There are videos on Youtube for some vehicles and repairs can be copied by watching them. The Autoparts stores carry generic CD's with repairs on many subjects. There is not much difference in the position of the fill ports and general operation of most American makes. If the system is empty you need to use a Vacuum pump to try and draw moisture out of the system. The common practice is to replace the drier for any Warranty coverage on the old system. Some systems can be disassembled with wrenches to separate components and others need "o" rings and special pliers to install them.

It sound like the blower wheel of the blower motor is rubbing the inside of the housing (the smoke). Sounds like the blower wheel rubbing may have burned the inner plastic housing or has come off of the motor shaft inside. Take the blower motor and wheel back out and inspect everything closely I think you will find the problem.

tim3e for a new blower motor. i hope u r not in alaska? so ; ifin u r in the lower 48, git to a junk-yard and pull a motor. it will take a while and u will find a nest of sum kind in the cage or in front of the heater core. gita vacuum cleaner and suck all that junk outta there! lol.
