The blue screen indicates no signal from the back up camera.

If its an electronic dash, the board itself probably has the damage. it has to be ckd out further. Poss short to the dash

If it's just one side I would still look at the bulbs first. Make sure check them all. Check them with the lights on and off, check them with the brake pedal depressed. They have no cable, the whole dash is computer driven.

If the new one is not programmed you you may be able to get it started if you hold the old key close to the ignition while starting it with the new key. You will have to get the new key programmed.

Question edited for clarity and toss in some CAPS. Question moved to model category. Your vehicle is full of 'front seals'. Wheel bearing seals. Brake caliper seals. Front transmission seal. Plus a load of engine seals. At minimum, a full socket set, a full set of open ended and ring, wrenches and a seal pick. Probably circlip pliers. Google 1992 Ford F-150 replace (which one) seal and watch the videos.
