How to fix power steering leak
This is usually a losing battle. Once the pumps start to leak it's almost impossible to get it to stop. Check the hoses first - may get lucky and just have to replace a hose.
Windshield wipers don't work
My guess would be a fuse. Your owners manual will show you were the fuse panel is located, and there is (usually) a diagram inside that says what fuse does what. If you have a bad fuse and it blows as soon as you replace you have a short either in the wireing or the motor it's self.
Dodge check engine codes
If you can not find that code on the internet, it will be
because it is only in the factory service manuals
Chassis items are in the Body Modules & only accessed
with a scan tool in Enhanced Mode
What causes car to lunge at ideling
Often the IAC (idle air control) has built up carbon, but if the check engine light is on, read the codes. EGR, O2 sensors, bad torque converter or solenoid, low fuel pressure, or many more possible causes.

What is the problem on 2001 dodge caravan p1601
Hi Marvin, I'm glad to help! The 2001 Dodge Caravan does not have a code P1601. There's a code P1602 for PCM Not Programmed, but if that were the case the engine would not start and run. I suggest clearing the code and see if it comes back, if it does, then have the PCM Re-Programmed and see what happens. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Marvin.
Negitave Car Battery wire
Hi Richard, I'm glad to help! The negative battery cable will not short out because it is a ground wire, but with that said it can build up resistance from corrosion and cause problem's because of the high resistance. The easiest way to replace it is to run it over the existing neg cable and wrap it to that cable and just cut off the ends of the bad cable. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Richard.
