You have to know how the system works before replacing parts . The headlamp switch is a low voltage input to the BCM - body control module ,The BCM along with other modules on the vehicle all share info , send commands on what is call a serial data communication network . ( it cuts down on the amount of wiring need on the vehicle ) When you turn on the headlamps a low voltage signal is sent to the BCM ,with the software programmed into it , it sends a message to the TIPM - totally integrated power module , which is part of the under hood fuse / relay box . The TPIM then turns on the headlamps . Go to http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html for free wiring diagram an check it out . http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html

You probably got a shorted fan motor relay. Pull fan relay and replace with another and see if that fixes problem. You can use another relay from same fuse box.

Could be several things including one of the oxygen sensors, one of the injectors, the coils, or the engine computer.
You will probably need to get a shop manual to get all of the wiring diagrams connected with that circuit. And I would suggest you use a circuit breaker to check each one instead of fuses.
You'll have to disconnect each component until you find the short.

Check the heater cores. There are usually 2 in a T&C. Also check the pipes running to the rear heater core. I recently had to have mine repaired because they were leaking!

If turn signals work on trailer when headlights are off, but won't when headlights are on it still sounds like the ground is not good enough to allow the extra load.

This happened to me and it was driving me nuts. I had to remove the ground wire and wire brush it till it shined, When I reconnected, problem gone. Also, make certain you have a good ground at the lights on the trailer.

I sprayed the ground wire with battery protector spray in the hope of preventing corrosion.

Your brake light switch has one wire for tail lamp and another to your computer to inform your computer that you are stepping on the brake pedal .
This type of problem can be diagnosed with a scan tool .
Good Luck

The radiator fan relay is located behind the grill on the driver's side of the vehicle. There is no relay in the distribution box. There is a 40 amp fusible link, however, in that box.
The relay (behind the grill) works in conjunction with the coolant temperature sensor, the A/C high pressure switch, the transmission temperature sender and the PCM. This relay will run the fans from 30% to 99% of full speed based on the signal coming from the PCM. This is all according to the official Chrysler shop manuals that I have for my 2005 Town and Country van.

Can you repeat this brake failure while parked and wheels off the ground? In what way does the front left brake lock up? Is the brakes dragging on its own or does it lock up as soon as you touch the brake pedal? With the vehicle raised, will the brake lock up with it in park and the van is running? Can you confirm that the only time the brake locks up is on short or long trips? You may need to send the van in for diagnostics. You may want to contact your local dealer and ask if there is a Recall, TSB or campaign for this issue. You will need to narrow down your search and see if maybe it is something you missed. From your description I might look for debris in the line somewhere between the ABS module and the front left brake caliper. Remove, isolate, and blow out the suspected line, at both ends. I doubt it applies to you but to be thorough. Did you check to see if the brake pads were contaminated with oil or grease? Are both sides of the brake rotor clean and free of defects? Are any brake warning lights on? You may want to see if any codes were stored in the ABS module. Please write back with any questions or new information.
Good Luck.
