The most likely reason is that they said they balanced the tyres and didn't! Chock the front wheels and jack up a rear wheel and spin it. Look at it for up and down movement. Then looks at it from behind as someone else spins and look for bulges and wobbles. Take the top and bottom of the tyre and rock it, push the top and pull the bottom, back and forth see if there is movement? Do the same on the other side. Then remove the jack and push the vehicle the vehicle as though you were trying to spin it sideways. Does it wobble? It shouldn't move. The next test is harder on a van, you want to see if the rear bounces, are the shocks gone.

Reset system by removing one of the battery terminals.

First have the computer scanned . Most part houses will do it for free. The miss fire codes will tell you where to look. It can identify which cylinders are miss firing or not firing at all. Identify the bad cylinders and pull the spark plugs and run a compression test on them to make sure they are ok. No compression means a problem like a burnt valve. Make sure that the firing order of the plugs are correct.

The normal thing to do would be to take it to a qualified repair shop that has the proper diagnostic tools to check for DTC'S if any are available . Software programmed in the vehicle control modules .

Did you check crankcase oil level? Did the engine over-heat? Is the engine seized? If the engine is seized, you may have internal engine damage? Can you turn the crank by hand? If you remove accessory belt and spark plugs, should be easier to turn.I don't know if your oil pump might be faulty?Cranking is starter motor action, engine turns over. When you talked about oil pressure, it got me worried, if that's ok, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the spark plugs, if spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, check fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes?

Should be able to unlock the wheels and slide it over into the other slot. If no slot is there, then you can move it at all.

You'll have to get straps either from a junk yard or the dealership. If you change one at a time, you won't have to worry too much if it drops a little. You might have a 2x4 handy to prop the edge of the tank.

Just because it pumps gas doesn't mean it is at the exact pressure it should be? Most fuel pumps have a psi of 40 to 45 psi, your fuel pump could be pumping at 25 psi or less which is not enough to start your car even though you can see some fuel pumping out. A simple tool to check fuel pressure can be bought at any auto parts store, check the specs on the fuel pump for your 02 Chevy first to see at what pressure it works, then use the fuel pressure gauge to check it. Anything less than what the specs on your fuel pump are suppose to be and you have a bad fuel pump? Let's say your fuel pump works at 43psi, you hook up the fuel pressure gauge and you find that it reads 25 to 30 psi, that means it's not enough fuel pressure to start your engine.

How do you know it's getting Fuel? Sure sounds like it is not getting fuel since the car will Giggle when Starter Fluid is added. Can you hear the Fuel pump run for a second when you turn the key to the RUN position?

check which will be easier trying to undo the manifold from the pipe or simply undoing the manifold from the head either achieves the same result but one may be easier to do

Sometimes you need to use a large mallet(not metal hammer) to drive it into splines over c-clip.

Hey Bill try this if you think it's your security system causing the problem. Or maybe you already have but anyways lock all the doors then use the door key not the key fob if you have one. But anyways put your key in the drivers side door lock and manually unlock the door. Most modern vehicles this will reset and disarm the security system. But I would really have the fuel system check
