Bleed your brakes. Start with the right rear then left rear then right front then left front.

Bad wheel sensor. Have the codes read to see which one.

It will not be the caliper burning.... If anything suspect the brake pads. There could be a few problems causing this. Upon installation, were the pads and slide assemblies cleaned and lubricated with synthetic brake grease? If not the pads may be sticking due to lack of lubrication. If lubrication was applied, there may have been some on the pad material and this is what is causing the burning smell. Did the calipers push back easily for installation of the pads or were they stiff? All these points can contribute to a hot smoking brake.

1st thing you need to do is run a fault code scan. But a guess would be that the idle speed control valve is either defective or sludged up and is not able to control idle speed. Do the following to clean the IAC valve.
