parks even work key off so thus the name park. and wiring makes them so.(BCM runs em all) brake lamps work? reverse lamps work.?

cars can have 2 to 4 fuse boxes. cab and engine bay I see folks all that time not read glove box users guide to see all fuse boxes first.
seems to me this is a 100% pure electrical problem.
service manual real =SM.
the SM covers how it all wired up, knowing wiring tells the tech what to check next and fuses are #1 PDC and JB , boxes. both.
this car has BCM , body brain that runs ALL you said is bad
every inch of it
step 2 after all fuses cab/bay are good
is scan the PCM, the USA OBD2 16pin port using any scan tool USA..it now tells you DTC errors and now you know what to do next.
lots and lots of errors possible it is a complex car. here
power window and doors work (BCM again)
front blower (called heater fan;/blower front) winter
F12 not blown F107 not blown. on high blower must work on high
does it? or not? not talking rear complex blowers.
HVAC is complex on this car but blower is super simple.
my guess is not checking all fuses, cab and engine bay.
PDC F107 and cab JB f12 both must be good fuses to blow front.
my guess is blower was not on high or fuse are blown. sure.
if fails lower speeds, the resistor block on blower is blown out.
as many are 22 years old.\
PARKS (complex)
F101 not blown, F14 same.
park relay closed, BCM controls this relay only.
F1 ,3 and 5 run front park lamps.
F5 runs rear parks.
IF BCM goes nuts, all the above can fail
the engine runs battery is 13 to 15vdc, not 10v or below. if not 13to15vdc the alternator is dead, and battery goes weak
and BCM goes NUTS at 10v..
a tech checks all that, fuses all and voltage on battery running engine, the BCM might be bad or only that crazy DRL module planted on top of it. (PDC located DLR)
not scanning he PCM you work blind and most posters here go broke (guessing parts) not learning to scan after all fuse test good and battery ;alternator voltages are checked.
that is my answer, but can change fast with tests done.
