VW Rabbit 2009, EPC light and P0322 code. Ignition needs to be cranked 4-5 seconds before car starts.

P0332 = Crankshaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor - no signal. The sensor monitoring the RPM's of the engine isn't communicating with the vehicle's ECU, (brain). This could explain the difficulty starting the engine.

Horn does not sound when locked

This is a 'programed' option. If you look in your owners manual it might tell you how to re-actuate this option....in my car I have to hold the lock button down until the horn goes off, then unlock and when I lock it beeps. If this doesn't help, call the folks at VW and they should be able to assist you. P. Ford

Location of windshield wiper fuse

According to carcarekiosk online there is only one box next to the battery. However, depending on which country the car is sold in, the box may not match the owners manual. You may need to check with your dealer. Checking all of the fuses would find the blown fuse if that is the case. A wiper motor would normally be running on a 15 amp circuit. You might want to check the box on the end of the dash to make sure it is not in there.

My 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit fuel

Do you still have the mechanical fuel door or the power one? For the power door, check if you hear the actuator trying to open the door. Just outside the fuel door itself you should be able to hear it. If it does not run check the fuses. It may also be due to corroded wires but getting to them is hard via the trims inside. At times the motor may be stuck and you would need to pry it open using a lever like spoon covered with rag to avoid scratches. Put ample force but not to much. Eventually you would need to replace the motor if this is the case. Check also the lever itself. For the mechanical one check the lever for disconnection as well. You would have to connect it back. It is also possible that the door is stuck and you would use the same process in prying the door handle, not to excessive force is needed.

In an 09 VW Rabbit I ran over a curb and severed

The sensor is a O2 (oxygen) sensor and is needed for proper fuel mixture. It's best to take the vehicle to a mechanic and have him/her replace or splice the wires back together. It should be an inexpensive repair in general. If you damaged the sensor it may cost you up to $150 just for the sensor (depending on the sensor you choose).
And don't forget! It's at your discretion to leave a rating for my answer.

Wrench symbol on 2007 vw rabbit

It is your service interval indicator - basically meaning oil change coming up. Check owners manual to see how to display days and miles until it is required (cant remember that exactly, think you just hold the odo button while turning on ignition). To reset, hold the odometer button and turn on the ignition, then push the clock minute button and this should reset the indicator.

Vw rabbit 06 abs module needs replacing; how to

un bolt the pipes off don't damage them unplug the abs unit. then unbolt from frame. keep a rag with you and don't let the oil coming out touch the paint work as it can and will take your pain off. replace. then you need to re bleed the braking system starting at the far end of the braking line. usually rear right wheel. then left then right front then left. you will need a lot of new oil as the air in the system will be were you have taken off the abs. do this bleeding to the lines until the air comes out. then the system will be working fine again then. make sure you get the same abs unit same serial number and part number some times the last digit is different this is ok but if it is 2 digits out that is not the one.

1983 rabbit the manual transmission linkage is messed up?

You can't get parts for this anymore, so I suggest you start looking for a good used shifter. Use an Internet search engine for used VW parts, just google it and lots of salvage yards will contact you with prices and availability. Here is a LINK to try.

the air filter is in the engine cover. the engine cover is also the air filter box. you have to pull the cover off. then flip it over and there are 4 screws holding the air filter. loosen those screws then take the air filter out, replace it and put the screws back on, then gently put the cover back ontop of the engine. make sure you fit the four holes with the the four studs exactly

Hi, my 1982 vw diesel rabbit

Hi, surging generally means a fuel problem, and probably too lean.
A weak pump is one possibility, so you can check pressure with a gauge, another possibility is a sensor is bad.
There are air mass, air temperature, engine temperature, throttle position, oxygen, etc., sensors.
They can all be checked with an ohmmeter, and while methods vary, bad ones usually are 0 or infinite ohms. Air mass and oxygen sensors can get coated and need cleaning.
