Continued problems - is it a misfire
If replacing the coil-pack helped, it might well be something else in the HT-ignition system which is a bit off. Have a look at the condition of the plugs, plug leads & distributor & the wiring to the electronic ignition pack.
Best of luck.

How to change spark plugs on a 2009 Saturn Outlook
Get a spark plug socket for 3/8" ratchet and a 3/8" ratchet extension probably at least 3" to go with your 3/8" ratchet. The socket must match the size of your new spark plugs. Find them and replace them by removing the boot (rubber wire) on top of each plug. However many cylinders you have = how many spark plugs. Find them all. Put a little oil on the threads of the new ones so they don't sieze.
I BELIEVE MY FRONT STRUT
Unless you have the right tools, in this case a strut vise, pneumatic strut compressor, and strut clamps, you need to take it to a reputable dealer or mechanic who has the tools. Changing the strut is dangerous even if you have the right tools, so save yourself some headache and a trip to the hospital and pay to have it done. That is my suggestion.
