The dome lamp switch has 3 positions: DOOR, OFF, and ON. When in the DOOR position, the dome lamp operation is controlled by the body control module (BCM).The ON position provides a ground for continuous operation. Ground is provided at G302. The OFF position turns OFF any dome lamp operation. The courtesy lamps, may be manually turned ON by placing the instrument panel (I/P) dimmer switch in the DOME position. When the dome lamp switch is in the DOOR position, the dome lamp will illuminate when a door is opened. When a door is opened, the courtesy lamps turn ON. After all the doors have been closed, the courtesy lamps will remain illuminated approximately 10 seconds after the last door closes. When the driver places the dome lamp switch in the OFF position, the dome lamp will be disabled.
Do you hear any chimes when the light comes on ? Door ajar switch problem , maybe . Picture of car with door open light lit on the instrument cluster ? When does it come on , when driving or sitting still or both ?
You mite want to take it to a qualified repair shop and have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .
DTC B2555 05: Passenger Compartment Lamp Control Circuit Short to Battery or Open
The body control module (BCM) applies battery voltage to the courtesy lamps through the courtesy lamps high control circuit. When any door is opened, the door ajar switch contacts close and the BCM receives a door-open input. If the BCM receives a door lock or unlock input or a rear hatch open input, the BCM will activate the courtesy lamp high control circuit, providing battery voltage to all of the dome lamps, reading lamps, rear compartment lamp, and vanity mirror lamps. In the event that any of these lamps were to remain illuminated for more than 20 minutes with the ignition switch in the OFF position, the BCM will deactivate the courtesy lamp high control circuit to prevent a total battery discharge condition.
Do you know how to do basic automotive electrical testing ? How to test inputs and outputs of a control module ? in this case the BCM - body control module ? Find wiring diagrams at

I don't know this vehicle but if it was me I would follow the pipes back from the steering unit and they will cease at the steering pump reservoir and allow you to fill it there.
Question edited for clarity.
Question move to model category.
Make sure the connectors on the new sensors are clean and tightly connected. If it fires with Starter Fluid, it means you are getting a spark. Engines only need three things to start.
Just replacing parts isn't the way to fix this problem , viewing wiring diagrams too see what all is involved in making the wipers work is . Then using a digital volt ohmmeter to test electrical circuits . Also looking at factory service info. to see how it's suppose to work.
Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb/ Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on body & accessories , then under subsystem click on wiper/washer . Click the search button ,then click the blue link. Looking at the wiring diagram i see two fuse's an two relays that are controlled by the BCM - body control module . Also hooking up a scan tool that can read BCM DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes could be helpful . The wiper switch is a input to the BCM - the BCM will energize the relays to turn on the wipers.
Wiper/Washer System Components
The Wiper/Washer System consists of the following components:
• Windshield wiper/washer switch
• Body control module (BCM)
• Wiper 1 relay
• Wiper 2 relay
• Wiper diode
• Windshield wiper motor
• Windshield washer pump
• Windshield washer nozzles
• Windshield washer solvent container
• Windshield wiper arm and blade assemblies
• Windshield wiper transmission
• WIPER/SW 10A fuse
• WIPER 25A fuse
Wiper/Washer System Description
The body control module (BCM) controls wiper motor low speed operation. The washer pump and high speed operation are controlled directly by the wiper/washer switch. The windshield wiper/washer switch supplies voltage on the signal circuits to the BCM for windshield wiper/washer operation. When WASH, MIST, DELAY, LOW, or HIGH is detected, the BCM energizes the wiper 1 relay by suppling voltage to the relay coil. This allows battery voltage from the WIPER fuse to flow through the relay switched input then through the contacts and out the relay contacts to the wiper 2 relay switch contacts. Since the wiper 2 relay switch contacts are normally closed to the low speed circuit of the windshield wiper motor, the motor will operate at low speed.

Doesn't have one . Uses a relay for the fuel pump ,controlled by the ECM - engine computer . What problem are you having ? No fuel pressure ? Did you hook up a mechanical fuel pressure gauge to see if pump is working. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rqtfrx-HeD0&t=8s
Have you spilled anything on the steering wheel, or during detailing spraying any sort of cleaner on the steering wheel? These are simple contact pad type switches which can be impacted by soiling. Also, could be loose connections in the harness if you've had any custom work done recently.
Now, do NOT attempt to disassemble the steering wheel unless you are a very good mechanic. You could inadvertently discharge your airbag, or cause other problems.
This is really something you should consult with a local certified mechanic or your dealer.
i think if you want to save your time and money you need the service and repair manual it will help you to fix your problem but if you don't have the manual you can get it from the given link easily i had already tried this before http://toolsnyou.com/
I just fixed one today that had scale on the inlet of the washer motor suction inside the washer bottle. I have poured vinegar inside the bottles and dissolved the scale so you could pump it out.
There is no onboard programming procedure for this vehicle. This vehicle requires special equipment be connected to the vehicle to program the keyless remote. SEE THE DEALER.
