There is a lot of information here. Could you thin it down a bit? Separate the issues into sections like just the Trans and then the electrical problems and so on. Don't assume the worst straight away. This could be something like a bad sensor or low transmission fluid. If the serpentine belt is that worn Replace It. If it snaps the coolant pump and alternator will stop working which is not good. If you are really concerned take it to a good mechanic and let them look at it. Some good repair shops will diagnose for free and you will get a better idea of how serious the issues are.

Yes it would. They have to be programmed together. The machine programs one and then says, "Do you have a second key to program", press "Yes" and you program the second on the same code and authorization credentials as the first one. Go back to 'somebody' and ask him to fix his mess up. He should say "Do you have a second key"?

Doesn't have one . Has a relay controlled by the ECM - engine computer . Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit"s ? Viewing wiring diagrams an then testing with a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter ? If not , your best bet , have it towed to a qualified repair shop.

well are you taling using a keyfob or actually inserting the key if a keyfob no battery power will cause the doors not to unlock the actual key in the slot should work and is your back up mostlikely you need a new battery either in your keyfob or the car

There could be a blob of muck on the laser head, if you do disconnect the battery you will require the code to reset the wireless . Make sure to get a written quote for repairs , as a replacement may cost less.

This could be the coiled contact ribbon drum under the steering wheel called the clockspring.
