When you shift the lever to whatever position a series of valves are activated and another are closed. In your case the valves for the Drive position aren't functioning so the oil pressure that is supposed to engage the gears isn't transmitted so the car won't move.
The transmission must be dismantled and the valve assembly removed and inspected. If the valves can't be refurbished the entire valve assembly will have to be replaced - very expensive. This is a major job, very expensive.
This is a new car, this problem shouldn't be here - take the car to the dealer that sold it to you and demand that it should be fixed under the manufacturer's warranty.
