Hello. Your car's cooling fan relays are somewhere in the fusebox/relay box. Also, your car has a 'fan switch' on the thermostat housing. If the 'fan switch' is in operable, the cooling fans won't work. It can be the thermostat housing seal/gasket. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

I am willing to bet your blower motor is starting to go. The sound is probably from the motor brushes against the back of the motor as it rotates. They will eventually stop running all together someday and you will either need to source new brushes or replace the whole fan unit.

It sounds like you have a dead battery or a total loss of power in the electrical system, this would be an issue that will require some special testing.

try turning from lock to lock with the engine running. any air trapped is expelled back to the reservoir by turning the wheel to full locks.

Was it running before changing FP? Have you tested fuel pressure? Have you checked for spark at plugs and injector pulse with a noid light? Remember, brand new parts are sometimes bad too.
