Where is the oil pressure sender switch located on hyundai tucson

Your best bet is to buy a service repair manual specific to your vehicle since you'll want to make other repairs when they arise. You can purchase hard copies in book form or download an electronic version. Such publishers for automotive repair manuals include Motors, Chilton, Haynes, etc.

Where is the transmission filter located for 2008 Hyunday Tucson

I am not familiar with your specific car, but 99.9% of all automatic transmission filters are in the transmission pan, itself. It's located on the bottom of the vehicle just behind the engine. It should be square shaped and probably silver in color. You'll have to drain the transmission fluid first, then remove the pan itself. After that, you'll see the transmission filter as soon as you remove the pan. It will be almost the exact same size as the transmission pan itself. Some are replaceable, and some just need to be taken out and cleaned, and reinstalled.

My 2008 tucson is overheating

make sure you have the right cam timing. if its retarded it will overheat. did you use the proper cylinder head torque values and sequence? did you check if the cylinder head and or engine block is warped. start the car and it the upper radiator hose is getting stiff you are getting combustion pressure in the cooling system.

2008 Hyundai Tucson 2.7L V6 - Engine cranks but will not start.

Does it crank normally or does the cranking seem a bit faster than usual? If faster than normal, check engine compression. You may have broken a timing belt. If the compression is non-existent or poor on all cylinders, that is the culprit. Belts often break at shutdown and/or startup, and older belts get stiff if they sit for a while, adding to the breakage risk. If you determine a broken/stripped belt is the case, be prepared for a hefty bill. The parts alone are costly, but since you have an interference engine, you will already have damaged the valves, requiring head removal, repair, and re-installation as well as the new belt.

What would cause engine light flashing

Probably Engine Management System has recognized a fault or a part operating out of tolerance. Sometimes will self-rectify! top things to check:
  • O2 sensor (part of the emissions system, monitoring and helping adjust the air-fuel mixture)
  • Loose gas cap
  • Catalytic converter
  • Mass air flow sensor (monitoring the amount of air mixed in the fuel injection system)
  • Spark plug wires

Where is the TPS located

It is on the TbI if there is one and I am guessing as I don't normally answer Hyundai questions. The reason I am saying this is that the TPS switch sets the throttle position when the engine is cold and once it heats up it deactivates. Hope this helps.

My car radio DOESN'T WORK ,I HAVE A FAVOURITE CD STUCK INSIDE , HOW DO I FIX THIS PLEASE ?

Sounds like a programming issue with security... You may have a weak car battery and when you started the car there may have been a momentary significant dip in the voltage to the radio as the engine used most of the juice to get started. The radio thinks it was trying to be removed or disconnected and triggered a security lock. I you know how to unlock it with the given code or procedure do so, or you may have to have it serviced and unlocked by a dealer.
