My wind screenwater isnt working
Possible points to check:
-fuse. If the fuse is blown, change it.
-pump. If the fuse is OK, the pump may be faulty or jammed.
-nozzles can be clogged.
-hose connections may leak. If the pump is working, but no water comes to the windshield.

While driving at different speeds a chucking
You should still be in warranty, if not maybe a recall is out for a common problem. The speed you mention is about where the torque converter locks for the automatics. You might want to look under the hood for loose hoses. In a gas engine a EGR solenoid could give the same symptoms.
Think about when this problem started as in a gulp of bad fuel. Seems like it smooths out accellerating and decellerating but bucks when vehicle is level. Like to know the outcome for this case.

How do I replace front wheel bearings on my Ford
its a hub style wheel bearing, you need a slide hammer to take the bearing off. also make sure you take the snap - ring off. there is a few different ways you can tackle this, depending on which side its on. I.E) Front or Rear.

We are bondind 3m9473 tape to PEN film and priming
FRom when i worked in an adhesive development laboratory many years ago ,all testing was done at 21centigrade ,Now as for actual working temperature of the adhesive in usage then i would recommend a minimum temperature around 15c any lower will cause the solvents not to evaporate correctly causing problems similar to what you describe,Then the paper rolling machine for battery cases was a prime example ,because of the amount ot trichloreythelene used make it "bite" into the printed outer coating if the temperature was too low the the solvent used wouldnt bite into the printed paper.

My headlights need adjusting on my 2009 Ford
The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly,
behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator
support.
You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam
(separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and
lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal
adjustment screws as well
Park
your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height
from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams
and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same
bulb, only do it for the lows)
For Low Beams: If the headlights read VOR, then
aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall.
If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.
For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.

Have got a rental ford focus 09 no manual with it.
Yellow snowflake usually is in reference to the A/C in the car. If that is not lit up then it is not fully activating the A/C system in the car, press it to start pumping in the really cold air. :)
Hope this helps.

When i turn engine the full dash lights come on as
sounds like a bad alternator. have it tested after you jump start it. once the engine dies it is no longer turning the power steering pump so yes the steering would be very difficult. have the battery tested first.

Wiring diagram/ amp hook up
without preamp outputs, you need to get a speaker line matching transformer.it takes the speaker signal, reduces the level, puts it thru a low pass filter if it is for a subwoofer. it basically is a tranformer resistor network that drives a set of rca plugs that will go into the amp. the only tricky part is noise, speaker lines have a poor signal noise ratio if you amplify them.

2009 ford focus dome light stays on
Are you sure that the thumb wheel switch beside the headlamp switch is not turned all the way up until it clicks?
If it is staying on for 10 minutes this means that the smart junction box is seeing a demand for the interior lights from something like a door ajar switch or the thumb wheel. If it sees that the igntion is in the off position it will turn the lights off after 10 minutes to conserve battery power.
Normal operation is:
The interior lighting delay feature provides temporary illumination of the courtesy lamps after the doors are opened and then closed. The interior lighting delay feature keeps the courtesy lamps on for a period of 25 seconds after all the doors are closed. If during the 25-second delay time the SJB detects that the ignition has been switched out of off, or if the vehicle is locked using the RKE, the courtesy lamp illumination is discontinued
