contact ford service dept to reset...sorry I am not up to speed on this..

put the battery on charge overnight and then try to start tomorrow ,i think it just ahs a flat battery and nothing more is wrong ,use a trickle charger and leave it on for a least 12 hours

talk with an accredited ac specialist shop but it may be easier to pull the whole dash to replace the evaporator.

have the BCM checked for codes as this is what controls these.

Depends on whether you have manual or automatic transmission. Here is a link to a pdf of your owners manual. See page 223 and pages 247 on for your question. Basically, if it's automatic, you have a dipstick, the location is shown. If manual it is a fairly large bolt on the side of the gearbox, you take it out and stick your finger in. It should be even with the bottom of the filler hole. These don't use fluid, but have service intervals to change it. Best way and cheapest thing to do is toss the worn out rubber bushings and replace them with polyurethane.

You have the voltage and proof that the Alternator is charging with the correct volts but what you have not got is amperage you need to get the battery tested and I believe by your own description you know that your battery is US.

The fuses your looking for are in the battery junction box under the hood in the engine compartment ! F3 20 amp & F15 20amp ! 2009 ford focus !

If your battery is weak, the accelerator will boost the cars 12v power enough to speed up your fans if they are on...otherwise, maybe you have a driver - passenger area firewall hole...will really sound loud when you rev the engine.

I had a van that had that same problem where it would just shut off then after 20 min or do would start..then do it again at times until just quit..turned out the fuel pump was going bad then failed..replaced it solved the problem..good luck..
