Yes it will. An oil pump will never complain about too much oil. What the problem will be though is the crankshaft will be throwing crazy amounts of oil around and it may even be enough to get past the piston rings...... lots of blue smoke. Get the level corrected.

Grab a test light go down to the starter, hook to a good ground and probe the battery cable. If that has power probe the solenoid engage wire( its the little one) have a helper turn the key to start if that gets power replace the starter.

body contol module problem find a shop you can trust a used bcm can be installed but then you have the problem of the radio not receiving the vin number from the control module so you still have a problem with the radio buy the radio and bcm used from salvage and go through the mechanic to purchase it. I know my mechanic paid 65 dollars for the bcm 2002 buick rendevous and the salvage will sell me the radio that matches for another 65 and my mechanic charged me 125 diagnostic plus time to install be prepared for a lighter wallet.

this is caused by a defective gas gage sending unit, the sending unit is part of the fuel pump module inside the gas tank, the gas tank must be removed to replace the fuel pump module that also contains the sending unit.
