Most all of these seat units have been assembled at the factory before the seat cover was installed on the seat.
Standard repair is to remove the seat from the car, then remove the cover and padding and you should find the plastic or the metal ( or both) framework & armrest mechanism is broken.
Repair parts will not be available from a dealer, so a salvage or junk yard may be your next trip.
Dealerships will sell you a whole new seat.
God bless your efforts.

There is a relearn procedure for the transmission but you need a Tech 2 diagnostic with the appropriate software. It only for automatic transmissions. The clutch data is learned which translate adaptive data cells. Which the TCM uses for clutch controls during shifting. This is for the fast learn procedure. There is another method that I will find later

no
the gas from the compressor is pumped to the condenser to be turned back to liquid to go to the TX valve to be released and be turned back to gas
if the condenser is blocked , the gas is turned into liquid by the high pressure generated by the compressor in that line
from the condenser on there will be low pressure as the compressor forms a vacuum back to the condenser
the low side is the hose from the evaporator to the compressor
the high side id the hose from the compressor to the condenser

easily push it out? Probably not. If you pry against the door, you risk damaging the metal on that. Take it to a body shop and pay them to move it out enough so you can use your door. That won't cost much

Should have a separate fuse for the Onstar. Just remove it and see if that helps.

Pull it out and shake it. See if it rattles around. Worse comes to worse, put a new one in. They don't cost that much.

It will be the ac compressor clutch that slipping when after it has been activated/engaged. This happens when the engine is winding up the compressor clutch is not engaging strong enough and start slipping. However as the engine rpm stabilize on the ac compressor has caught up (same rpm) no slipping occur and no noise. Was the clutch mechanism replaced with the compressor replacement? (however it need to be checked/repaired).

If it is not broken or having a problem do not change it. Some can go for the life of the engine and others can only go a short time so it is hard to tell.

Changing both these items is not hard but you should really take it to an Air-conditioning specialist first - you need to capture the current refrigerant gases before removal and will need to recharge the system once they are refitted.
The procedure for an automatic should be the same as a manual.

Someone may have OVER-CHARGED it. If the system fluctuates from cool to cold, it could be that there is too much refrigerant in the system.

Probably a bad relay. Find the relay for that fan, and swap it out with another one that is located right beside it. Most of the relays are the same. If this works, then replace that original relay that was in that location. OH BUT WAIT. check fuses first. Ha Ha

Your chevy (and mine) do not have a changeable fuel filter. The filter is housed inside the fuel pump module inside the gas tank. You have to replace the entire pump if you want to change the filter. Usually though, the filter is designed to outlast the pump, so unless someone has been pouring sand in your tank, the filter should be fine, especially for a 2009.
