Not sure on the throttle position sensor issue but the no cruise control issue can often be the brake switch. Very, very common. Switch is relatively cheap and it is easy to replace.

Yes, the BlueTooth is part of the OnStar system - if it gets disabled the BlueTooth goes with it. No, there is no other OEM module for you to install - if you want the BT you will have to enable the OnStar (the dealer should be able to do that) or you will have to install and aftermarket part like

yes all wipers are pretty much the same way now push the tab and push wiper off the hook. new installs the same way just pull into hook until you hear the click from locking into position.

Take it to the dealer and let them fix it. Its not normal, maybe a problem with the "vent valve"

When an RF message is received from a keyless entry transmitter, the RCDLR interprets this signal and will request via serial data that the body control module (BCM) perform the specific function, i.e. door lock, door unlock, or vehicle locate. Depending on what you have for diagnostic knowledge and tools. You may want to send it in for diagnostics and repair. I can tell you that your vehicle's BCM (Body Control Module) controls these circuits. If it was a t my shop. I would first look for any fault codes. Then through the scan tool, manually command the doors to lock and unlock. Depending on what I find, take a closer look at the master control switch. This is in the drivers door and opens/closes windows and locks/unlocks doors. I'm forwarding you a couple wiring schematics just in case. I don't want to slow you down. FYI under the hood, inside the power distribution box. There is a relay for the tailgate lock/unlock. Any questions please feel free to write back. Good Luck.

On my 04 Grand caravan,the E G R tube went through a pipe about the size of a quarter to the valve cover.it should have a rubber grommet in it

Sounds like your "traction control" system is having issues such as a wheel speed sensor. You can have these type things scanned free at your local auto parts store, Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts etc. etc. They should be able to "steer" you in the right direction.
