How do i change the cabin filter in my acura 2009
The advise by Techbuster was a bit off. The '09 is a bit different than the earlier models. To change the filter, pull the center divider in the glove box straight forward. The cabin filter housing in immediately behind it. Push the two clips on the outer edges inward and slide the tray out. Replace the filter, reinsert the tray, replace the center divider.

Resetting air bag light on a 2009 acura tl
First you need the SRS System Diagnosed forproblemsThat is why any check light comes onAssuming you had the car repaired, then the shop should have turn off the light, as well as a thoughroad test. There is no resetting or turning off of ANY MIL Lamps,as you just remove what data is stored & needed torepair any vehicle. If the codes are cleared, they will come back along withthe lightTo see if the light will return or the problem wasn't anissue is a waste of time & lack of system knowledgeAccept the fact that at least once a year with todaystechnology, you will have check lights & expensive repairsThat is here to stay forever

I put my key into the keyhole near the steering
Try moving your steering wheel to the left then jiggle the key until it releases, if no luck try the same thing moving the steering wheel to the right, or combination of both ways, If this works then there is nothing to worry about, it can happen almost to any vehicle, you are just in between the wheel locking mechanism and the ignition start or the removal of the key, a common problem in the design of the wheel lock, to prevent it from happening again, just have your steering wheel were you want it before starting or turning off you car.

The car is not starting
if it tries to start but does not, it is the battery in the car
if nothing happens when you trigger the buttons on the remote, it is the battery in the remote

Outside door handler broken and child lock is on how do i open
Acura's and honda door handles are a little tricky to do.
make sure the window is all the way up.Then
1. u must remove the inside door panel.
next there is a plug on the inside edge of the door . remove this plug.
2. there is a 10mm bolt that hold the door handle on.
on some honda's and acura's door there will be a latch connecting rod. you will need a small tipped screw driver to remove this.
3. next there will be a 10mm bolt connecting the handle to the door inside. remove this bolt.
once the bolts carefully lift the handle upwards to remove the handle from the outside of the door.
At this point u can remove the door latch and other items that u wish to replace.
To install.. reverse this procedure.
Note.. is some cases there will be connecting wires to the handle and door latch itself. they must be disconnected prior to removeing and other components. Its a pain to do, but if u do not do this the connections could break and it is even harder to repair.
Take your time and don't force the parts apart. they are only plastic
