Error Code P1237 takes place when the FPDM has determined a problem in the fuel pump secondary circuit. The FPDM indicates to the PCM (powertrain control module, also known as ECM or engine control module in other vehicles makes) through the FPM (fuel pump monitor) circuit to highlight the detected concern.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Lincoln Navigator. Any DTC Codes? Did you disconnect the battery lately? Is the Security Light flashing? Do you have fuel pressure? Check for spark? Fuel pump is actuated by the PCM. engine computer.The fuel pump module it self is in the tank. ie pump, gauge sending unit.

This engine is a coil on plug arrangement, first you need to remove the coil cover, two bolts. See image below.



To access the plugs you must take each coil off, the plug is directly under the coil. See images below.





Repeat this procedure on both sides.

With both battery cables disconnected find a socket to fit the crank pulley and turn it a bit clock wise then turn it a bit counter clockwise . When your battery is low on power the starter can stay engaged and get stuck there . Make sure the battery is fully charged before you hook it back up . If after you charge the battery and hook it back up it gives a big spark then the starter is still stuck ,, move the crank by hand and try again . there are other things to try and other things that could be wrong ,, but this is the most common and easy to check first... The fuse box you need is the one inside the vehicle. It is located behind a 'pull off' trim panel under the dashboard. It is roughly above your left knee when you are sat in the driver seat. Presumably you disconnected the battery when you did the fuel pump and PCM? Condenser? What type of condenser? The AC condenser is in front of the radiator. Condensers don't have fuses, they are like a radiator for AC refrigerant gas to cool it, before going to the compressor.

The clicking is the relay. The horn unit is either disconneted or damaged.

Check the solenoid mechanism on the shifter to check that it is disengaging the shift lock mechanism when the brake switch and ignition are on.
