2004 Lincoln Navigator. No brake or # 3 brake lights all of the others do. Fuses are okay, the brake switch is okay.
How do you know the brake light switch is ok ? Did you check (with a voltmeter) battery voltage at the switch.

check fuses first, all. lots there are some cars 4 fuse just for sigs
scan the PCM to see BCM errors on Turnsig blinks.

That means any short in the wiring it just self shuts down until the short is cleared. this is how all cars new are going and many have.
the SJB smart battery junction box runs all this.
F6 fuse blows all of that goes dead so is not F6 blown
a huge number of FET (means a transistor buffer amp)

Fet RFrong and mirror righ
fet 2 left front and LF mirror (bingo fet 2 is overloaded shorted wire or shorted bulb LF
fet 3 RR and + hitch
fet 4 LR + hitch
the fets are basically perfect electronic fuses.
they self shut off at overload. and recover when the short is removed
so remove both lamps front left and see if the other wakes up.
my guess is mirror lamp is shorted. or mirror a wreck
