The TCM is integrated into the PCM module. . The PCM/ECM is under hood on the firewall around the master cylinder, there should be two to three bolts that need removal to come out on front side of fire wall. Disconnect the battery negative cable before any work is done.

Did you check the electrical circuit ? Fuel pump relay , inertia fuel cut off switch ? Find a wiring diagram at http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Ford Electronic Returnless Fuel System Diagnosis Part 1 fuel pump driver module , controlled by the engine computer .

Have you checked fuel pressure with a gauge ? Will it start if you use starting fluid sprayed into the intake ?

These are 2 different systems in the emission system, so not sure what it is you are asking.

Your keys should still manually unlock/open both...your remote signal will not be picked up as Battery is dead...be sure to check connections for dirt/corrosion/or loose before buying a battery...Hope this helps.

Sounds like your motor/gear might be worn. Does it go down while you are sitting on it or also when no weight is present ?

I would take the old one off and take it in to a store that sells filters and ask for help to compare and see if that works for you. I have done that before.

Alldatadiy.com has the best diagrams.. But not always accurate. I quit using radio and amp diagrams years ago. I just use my trusty volt /ohm meter.

I have 25 years as a Ford dealer technician and there is no wire that will keep the transmission from at least engaging, no you have a failed clutch pack inside the gearbox and that requires a teardown and rebuild, sorry you are upset but that is what is going on.

whats the problem there are relief valves for air shocks and the shocks may be blowen out need better detail

Replace the light plug for the bulb.
