Either the new battery does not have a full charge in it or the security system and engine immobilizer needs resetting.
If battery voltage drops below 11 volts, there isn't enough power to operate the fuel injectors.
If you are not sure about changing a clutch pay a good mechanic to do it for you. This isn't really a job you can do easily on your drive or on the street outside your home. Even when you know what your doing it's at least a full day, possibly 2, to do the job. Remember engines and transmissions are VERY heavy and VERY expensive to replace if they get dropped or damaged.
To change the clutch with the engine and transmission still in the car is a huge amount of work. You have to support the weight of the engine and transmission separately so you can lower it far enough to separate the transmission from the engine. You will then need to unbolt the old clutch parts on the flywheel.
Then you fit the new clutch kit making sure the friction plate is centred correctly, then refit the transmission to the engine. And finally remount the whole thing back onto the engine mounts.
Here are some possible reasons why your car is sluggish on takeoff and won't shift to high gear:
Low transmission fluid: If the fluid level is low, the transmission may not be able to engage properly. Check the fluid level and add more if necessary .
Worn-out oil seal: A worn-out oil seal can cause a fluid leak, which can prevent the transmission from shifting into high gear .
Faulty shift cable or shifter assembly: If the shift cable or shifter assembly is damaged or worn out, it can cause problems with shifting .
Clogged transmission filter: A clogged filter can restrict the flow of fluid and cause shifting problems .
It's recommended that you take your car to a mechanic for a proper diagnosis and repair. They can run an OBD scan to determine the exact issue and provide a solution.

The year is needed, but here are some videos. If you mean 'how to get into' once you have removed it, break the paper seals and undo the screws, and remove the top.

A user suggested checking the button for the window lock, which when pushed, only allows the driver's window to work .
If you're still experiencing issues with your window, you may want to try some of these solutions:
Turn your car on and try pulling the window up with a firm grip .
Slamming your car door can help realign your glass window with the tracks .
Remove the door panel and lift the window manually .
If none of these solutions work, it may be time to get a new power window motor .
I think they refer to the device as an actuator.

When exactly does it do this? Is it when you've stopped at a red light or a junction? Most modern cars are fitted with a 'Stop-Start' system that shuts the engine off when stopped at idle speed to save fuel and create less pollution.
If your familiar with this system and there are no warning lights on the dashboard take the vehicle back to the dealer and get them to look at it. If this is a 2023 vehicle it should still be covered by some form of warranty, either a dealership based warranty or the manufacturer's warranty.
Here are the torque specs for the flywheel and clutch plate on a 2003 Kia Spectra:
Flywheel: 78 - 80 ft-lbs (106 - 112 Nm)
Clutch plate: 19 - 21 ft-lbs (26 - 29 Nm)
It is important to follow the torque specs carefully when installing the flywheel and clutch plate, as over-tightening or under-tightening can cause damage.
Here are the steps on how to torque the flywheel and clutch plate on a 2003 Kia Spectra:
Install the flywheel and clutch plate.
Use a torque wrench to tighten the flywheel bolts to 78 - 80 ft-lbs (106 - 112 Nm).
Use a torque wrench to tighten the clutch plate bolts to 19 - 21 ft-lbs (26 - 29 Nm).
Reconnect the battery and start the engine.
Check for leaks.
If you are not comfortable tightening the flywheel and clutch plate yourself, you can take your Spectra to a qualified mechanic.
