You must have a slip speed on you belt. Tighten it. You may need to purchase an alternator that can handle more current or watts.

i have converted my kia pregio alternator to recondition alternator for kia carnival problem is when i used all electrical such as aircon and light the alternator was not charging properly during traffic therefore when I need to turn off the engine i need to charge the alternator by pressing the gas for few minutes before turning off. please advice. thank you

is the engine 27diesel J2 ? If so just unbolt all the injectors pipes from top and loose the bolts on the feeding pump side so to enable you to move the pipes.then with a socket of 17mm remove all the bolts (4 pcs) from the injectors holding the return pipe.With a 22mm socket start loosing one by one the injectors and remove them from the cylinder head be careful not anything or any dirt dropped int he injectors holes.

You have a leaking heater core or a plugged condensation drain a the bottom of the air box. If it is the heater core the smell will be sweet and you should see steam.
