If your headlight switch is the type you pull out, left of the sterr column on dash, switches tend to go bad, I replaced mine and only had 50,000 miles. try checking headlight relay in engine fuse box first.

Try and locate the fuse that controls your brake lights. If you have no service information inside an owners manual, remove each fuse one at a time to check for any burnt out. Do not switch any fuse locations, or replace any fuse with a different amperage rating. example, if you find a 10A fuse that is burnt, replace it with a 10A fuse only. If you cannot find any burned fuses, you should probly replace your brake switch underneat your dash. Your brake pedal will hit the switch, so you shouldn't have any problems finding it. well you can't (ignition key) not old doors fail unlock or ignition key, both are secure. the IMMO lamp means key is bad or 3 modules behind it are bad. car came new with 2 good keys.lost the 2nd ? never have just 1 or 2 keys have 3. in USA we (DIY) can make 3 and up to 8 or more if 2 are good. the battery in the fob only runs the buttons not the key the key is passive, the key slot uses RF active radio to talk to the passive key the cars main battery must be good wow, not told yet what the key does, does the engine crank fast or not./ most immo block injectors, did your key block cranking too? try to post more clearly I take 1 of 2 keys and insert it in the ignition= key slot i turn the key to ON and cranks fast but the IMMO lamp flashes wrong, (my users manual told me what to do) so do it. all my jeeps all block fuel injection IMMO failed I have 4 keys, 2 from jeep new, car, and 2 more I made DIY \the USA manual tells how to make key3 to8. but the canada car you can not do that. by their laws there. be clear next time doors do not unlock (any) or some (coin cell dead) engine will not start???? NOT TOLD yet. IMMO lamp not happy

REGARDLESS OF 20 GALLONS OF FUEL IN THE TANK AND 10 NEW PUMPS. it needs service for sure, you do not have the tools to diagnose cars. so that leaves what ask dad or grandad for help , if they have tools or BF or hubby. for help. no country stated, and no VIN nor any engine told nor if car has DRL, with sun sensor jive. Daylight running light options now my wild guess #1 based off zero evidence but 1. the circuit breaker in the head lamp switch is tripping due to shorts in the headlamps or DRL MODULE FAILING. I CAN SHOW 10 OR MORE CAUSES. ALL BY DOING TESTS THIS POST IS ONLY 1 CAUSE. THE RED CIRCLE IS A CB , CIRCUIT BREAKER (AUTO FUSE) THE CAR NEEDS SERVICE AND IS SUPER DANGEROUS TO DRIVE AT NIGHT LIKE THIS.

I have full service manual on your jeep. 14psi is totally wrong 3x too LOW in fact the FPR bad (its valve stuck open ) fuel pressure can fall that low. if you pinch the FPR return line , pressure zooms to 60+ psi if does that FPR is bad. amd pump is good (also the vacuum to it and its hose must be good) if the below ballast resistor reads over 5 ohms it is bad if too high pressure falls, as you can see below clearly page 346 FPR spec, PSI.
