Hear the motor needs a regulator. Don't hear the motor then gotta check powers and grounds.

I guess hummers aren't what they used to be. If this truck went into the ocean, I would suggest getting rid of it as fast as you can. Salt water damage will keep getting you year after year, even when you think it's all smoothed out. Salt gets into every sensor and every nook and cranny, and there's no way to get rid of it all. Are you talking about the transmission? You say gear box, but that could mean rear ends too. If you're taking the transmission out, you will have lots of damage inside from the salt water. . It may be easier to check the transmission while it's still in the vehicle. They can read the computer codes to begin with. Good luck with that , and I suggest selling it ASAP, or you will have problems for the life of the vehicle. I live in Nova Scotia and we have a salt mine here. When they bring machines and vehicles underground and use them in the mine, they can never be brought to the surface again. They would start to corrode to nothing as soon as surface. Salt is a car killer here. Good luck

check you power source for blown fuses or bad breakers

TWO OTHER THINGS THAT AFFECT THE READINGS ON THE O2 SENSORS. ONE IS AMOUNT OF AIR GOING TO THE ENGINE CYLINDERS. THE OTHER IS FUEL AMOUNT. MY BEST GUESS WOULD BE A WEAK FUEL PUMP. THE OTHER IS A LEAKING VACUUM HOSE OR INTAKE GASKET. CHECK FUEL PRESSURE FIRST IF YOU CAN, DO THIS AFTER DRIVING FOR A WHILE. WEAK FUEL PUMPS WORK GOOD WHEN FIRST STARTED.

Try to locate the relay center, usually located under the hood or sometimes in the trunk. In your case, possibly an access panel in the back. Once you locate the relay center, look at the inside of the cover that you removed. There is usually a diagram of the relays and what they are used for.

1. Look for the relay that has any thing to do with the windows.
2. Locate another relay in the same panel that has the same part number.
3. Switch that relay with the one for the windows.
4. Try to operate the window.

If the window now operates, then replace the relay as soon as possible. If it doesn't, then look for another fuse panel. They can be in a number of different locations, in the glove box, under the dash, inside the kick panels just in front of the doors and in the trunk. if so there is a ball in there and it is brocken or worn out

all the pieces in a car have what they call the oem number, look carefully and you will find it in eache piece of the car, normally its a huge group of numbers.

Use the same thing auto maker uses to hold moldings onto the sides of cars, extremely thin 3M double stick tape. Seems to work great, for years.

There should be a throttle position sensor which will definitely cause such wacky symptoms as that.Most current cars have one.It basically tells the computer how much gas you want it to have versus how much it is receiving.I am very surprised noone has even mentioned it as I said,most cars have it nowadays with all the high-tech computer involvement.I really hope this helps.If not,just comment here and I will give a couple other suggestions as they are much cheaper and simpler than what you have already done.Good luck,Greg

OIL PRESSURE GAUGE SHOULD HAVE STEADY READING.IF FLUATING I WOULD HAVE OIL PRESSURE CHECK SOUND LIKE FAULTY OIL PRESSURE REGULATOR.
