They are in the transmission . Remove the transmission fluid pan. You will see the valve body , the solenoids are mounted to it. They are clipped in. Do not remove the valve body unless you have to. Things pop out of it. Be careful removing solenoids, things can pop out of these holes also. Hold the solenoid and remove the clip/s.

Unfortunately because you bought a new part now-a-days means nothing. Parts are made and put together with robots and computers which to me means there is no quality control. What your describing coil DC be a few things. One being you got a bad fuel pump, coils will break down lots of times once they get hot if they are going bad but you could also have a fuel pump relay going bad. Since you have changed the others I would change the fuel pump relay an DC see if that helps. If not do a fuel pressure test. ( you can get the tester from AutoZone) You have to leave a deposit but you get it all back when you return the tester as long as it's not broken. There is no time limit, you can use the tester as long a sdcc your need it.
Hope this helps you some.

They are always accessed from the engine compartment. One screw on the top or bottom for up and down movement and one on the side for lateral. The screws have a spring on them to stop vibration movement.
