HUNT NUMBER, 10,012. the ECT sensor it is, and the location is gen4 location, only, for years stated below. only my most !2002 actual 3.3l ONLY (gen4) 2001 to 2007 are the same why.(location) ECT SPOT? I say the new thermostat ( not one lasted 22 year ever) is new and is the 200F stamped KIND then OBD2 PID scans show 200f hot or up to 220f until fans kick-inon the other hand if the PID scans of ECT show it varies like mad engine normal hot then there is AIR stuck there.someone did not burp out all the air and no ECT made works stuck in any AIR pocket.if all that is good and ECT reads wrong then sure ECT is bad.hope I saved you 4 hours labor for nothing, . means the right rear 02 sensor reads dead.
right bank down stream 02 is dead.
and has zero to to with rich or lean, it is the rear sensor 2.
the rear sensors are only to this bank1 CAT for good quality.
not told at all , what engine is there. v6 sure,3.3 or 3.5L
nor how the engine runs and car drives. ?
or if this is ONLY a smog question and check engine lamp glows?
causes of 401 are
wires to right rear 02 cut burned or damaged , loose or fell off 02.
bad o2 B1,S2 rear of cat bad
bad CAT bank1,
exhaust cracks in CAT sucking air and making any 02 sensor to read dead, near it.
this post ASSUMES , no other DTC errors stored or live running,
assumes scanned LTFT PID reads correctly and no B1S1 02 errors.(front sensor)
bank 1 or B1 is right front engine bank. (drivers view)
facing engine is left bank. (workers viewed)
ASSSMEs car is driven plenty not just parked in an old barn.

This is a rear-wheel drive vehicle. You probably have a worn part with a lot of backlash. One likely culprit is a U-joint in the driveshaft, but a worn gear inside the differential could also cause the problem. A loose wheel could also do it (a very dangerous condition).
Begin by inspecting the wheel lug nuts. If any are missing or loose, you should probably replace the lug bolts because they've been hammered by the wheel knocking back and forth.
If the wheels are OK, put the back end of the car up on jackstands (with the front wheels securely blocked), the parking brake OFF, and the transmission in Park. Try to turn the driveshaft sections by hand. Watch to see where any slop or side play occurs. In particular, if you note any crunchy or grinding feel in the driveshaft, check the U-joints carefully.
Also, try turning the rear wheels while they are off the ground. It would be normal for the wheel on the other side to turn in the opposite direction, but it would not be normal to have a lot of loose travel before the wheel stops or the other wheel to start turning. That would indicate a worn differential. Also check for side or end play in the wheel bearing.

You can't, you have to fix the problem, not try and find a way around it. The anti theft system is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do. You can't reprogram the computers, modules and sensors.

If there is a fault with the shifter, it won't let you start the vehicle.
The codes will tell you the story. You need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer. You can't guess faults like that.

On a 2002 Chrysler Voyager, the cooling fan relay is located in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) under the hood. The PDC is a black box located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. Here's how you can locate and identify the cooling fan relay:
