Try right above your oil filter if it not there look on the front of the engine it's called a oil pressure switch

when you take off the fuse cover if you flip it over the fuse locations are marked on the under side of cover

In the centre of the dash, just below the radio are two round knobs. Left side is fan speed. Turn that to 5. Right side turn all the way to the right for defrost. The 2004 Trailblazer has two fuse panels, one in the under hood and one under the middle row seats. The radio fuse is marked RADIO fuse # 41 and is a 15 amp fuse located in the rear fuse panel. To access the rear fuse panel flip the seat behind the driver to the upright position, under it you can see the fuse panel and a diagram should be on the under side of the cover.

The Transmission Control Module is located inside the transmission at the rear of the case underneath the end cover. Or the Transmission Control Module is located in an E-Box in the plenum chamber on the driver-s side below the Engine Control Module (ECM).

I disconnected the battery, removed fuses 10 and 28 adjacent the battery and waited twenty minutes. I then hooked the battery back up reinstalled the fuses and started the vehicle. The battery light went out and the battery not charging message did not come back on. I then went for a test drive. I had a celebratory adult beverage because it worked.

For the LS trim pack, where the long piece across goes through the middle of each headlight assembly: I use a plastic trim pry tool, and pop each push fastener out towards you. There are many I believe at least 9 of them, AND the long piece that goes from headlight to headlight, is attached to the middle grill in the center!!! It comes off in one long piece with middle attached. I pop the middle grill fasteners first, 2 on the top, 2+ on the bottom, and work your way out. Takes 30 seconds to remove the grill.

Torque should be about 30-40 ft lbs. This is essentially tight by hand, no torque wrench is often used. See this how to video: Sorry the video wouldn't upload. But the shop (A1 Auto) tightened by hand and for me that's 30-40 ft lbs with open end wrenches.
