There is help in the link, but you have a dead short somewhere. One trick you can try is replace the fuse, and the fuse box cover. Put blankets over the headlamps. Turn the garage lights off and let your eyes acclimatize to the dark. Then whilst looking into the engine, get someone to crank the engine. Look for a flash in the wiring.
More ideas here, starters, relays and stuff

Sounds like you are possibly loosing fuel prime. One easy way to confirm is to cycle the key a couple of times in the morning to prime the system before trying to crank the engine. If it starts better then you have confirmed that the fuel system is loosing pressure when the truck sits. From here you have to determine if it is a bad pressure regulator or a bad injector letting fuel bleed by when the engine is off.

These vehicles were known for faulty hazard switches. They would cause an intermittent turn signal flash when you hadn't activated turn signals or they would prevent the turn signals from working at all. Operate the hazard switch and see if the turn signals work again. If so, replace the hazard switch
hello james
i recommend consulting the vehicle's wiring diagram to identify all components and circuits connected to the PCM B fuse and inspect all the wiring
Here are all your fuses and relays. There is only a relay for the trailer lights. In modern vehicles the turn signals are a function of the body control module.
The brake warning light should not affect the truck not starting...most of the time is because of low brake fluid or the emergency brake is on. To check for codes you should just turn the key to the on position and you need to try resetting you anti theft light.
