Well the first thing that leapt of the page was that you said you had two batteries and you undid the clamps to both, but then I realised to meant you undid both clamps to one battery. That is actually the worst thing to do because now you have to reset the security system and engine immobilizer.
Make sure your battery clamps and posts are cleaned with a wire brush, wipe with Vaseline or Dielectric Grease and then make sure the clamps are tight. Then put the battery on to charge. This says you have low voltage.
DTC P0480 registers when the PCM doesn't receive the proper amount of voltage from the cooling fan control circuit that should indicate that the fan works properly. This code can be caused by a faulty cooling fan relay, a bad cooling fan, damaged wiring, or a bad coolant temperature sensor.

P0480 is a general OBD2 trouble code that refers to the a malfunction within the cooling fan control circuit. This code is similar to P0481 and P0482 codes.
Based on your description, it seems like there could be a few possible causes for the issue. Here are some things you can try:
Reset the climate control system: Try resetting the climate control system by turning off the engine, pressing and holding the A/C and recirculation buttons at the same time, turning the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine, continuing to hold the A/C and recirculation buttons for 10 seconds, releasing the buttons, turning the ignition key to the OFF position, and starting the engine.
Check the blower motor: If the fan is only working at one speed, it could be due to a faulty blower motor. You can check the blower motor by turning on the fan and checking if it's blowing air at all speeds. If it's not, then it could be due to a blown fuse, bad relay, resistor or control module malfunction, or a bad electrical connector or broken wire.
Check the HVAC control unit: If resetting the climate control system and checking the blower motor doesn't work, then it could be due to a malfunctioning HVAC control unit. In this case, it's best to take your vehicle to a certified mechanic for further diagnosis and repair .
Here are the specifications you seek:
• Torque spec on rocker arms is:
o 14 NM (124 in-lbs) plus 30 degrees
• Lower intake bolts:
o long bolts - 13 NM (115 in-lbs)
o Short Bolts - 25 NM (18 ft-lbs)
It may be because of a bad fuse, so first replace the 20-Amp fuse located in the instrument panel fuse box. If that does not solve the problem, check for:
1. Broken switch connection
2. Broken switch
3. Broken or weak wiring
4. Broken circuit
5. Faulty heating pad
If this sounds too overwhelming, it would be best to take your car to the dealership for a quick fix.
You have dis ignition, correct? You have a coil pack, no distributor? Note the diagram. Take connector loose from icm, use both ends of test light between pink wire, voltage, and solid black wire, ground. Check with key on, If test light comes on, you have voltage and ground to icm and problem is elsewhere. Just a thought? good luck

ABS MUST BE HAPPY OR TRACTION CONTROL FAILS OR GOES OFFLINE ! THEN
AND RULE 2 IS ACTUAL BRAKES, WE CHECK BRAKES ACTUAL FIRST!!!!
NO ACTUAL BRAKES WORK THIS OLD. 18 YEARS WARN OUT PADS
OR BAD CALIPERS.
NO COMPUTER CAN HIDE BAD ACTUAL BRAKES
IT CAN COMPENSATE FOR 1 SET OF PADS SAY WEAK.
NO GREASE ON PADS.
BAD ROTORS(WARPED OR OMG WORSE CRACKED)
BAD PADS , WE INSPECT THEM. EYE BALLS ON THEM .
BAD CALIPERS. , PISTONS BAD OR SLIDER PINS JAMMED. (BOTH ARE DANGER TO LIFE AND LIMB .
WHAT YOU ALSO FAILED TO DO IS SCAN THE ABS IT SELF
THAT TAKES ABS SCAN TOOL.
BE SAFE !!! SALUD
I have a 2006 Equinox and I had no dash light and no tail lights. The fix was a fuse located in the passenger fuse box. It's labeled 10A PARK.
hope this helps others with the same problem!

Remote starters are always problematic. Take it back to the installer and they will diagnose the issue electronically with a scan tool computer.

It sounds like you are subscribing to the "let's try changing this" method of car repair. It doesn't work and is expensive. In many model cars, the blinkers are operated by the Body Control Module, the switch ends a signal or the computer network and the BCM makes the lights flash. Your car is run by computers, so you diagnose electronically. An auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer can diagnose the reason in about 30 minutes. You don't mention whether you checked the bulbs for continuity with a test meter and also check the grounds to the bulb holders..
