White smoke could be coolant being burnt due to blown head gasket/warped head if over heated.

The wiring in the harness has issues. W age the insulation or resistance changes. You'll need approve to investigate not a dealer. Also check under fuse panel for burned wires-its under the hood. Take distributor cap of n check inside for wear--if yours has one

Have your battery tested.Should read about 12.7 volts.

Check your fuel pump relay. Should power up for 3 seconds after key is on

U may hav to clearit by disconnect batt afew min. Also u cud hav more issues that dont show on acode reader. They r just approximate. U really need a factory scanner to display adata stream that pinpoints problm. Private shops hav them. Adealers tool only goes back bout fiveyrs

Start by testing plug - ignition coil - wiring -connector- injector-if all are good then need to start checking valve train

You will need the radio code. The dealer will have to provide this information unless it is written in your owners manual.

Sorry, only the dealer can clear the code in your radio if you don't know it. This is an anti-theft feature. If the code were out there radios would stolen!

If sometime works fine and sometime not I would suspect a bad/loose wire connection. This is not likely but is a possibility, It may seem odd but car voltage can effect the electronic in a car. I would say while the car is running check the voltage at the battery. It should be showing over 13.7V because with the car running it will be reading the voltage put out by the alternator. Depending on the vehicle I have seen them put out 13.7 to over 15 volts. The ignition module is my second guess,but check the crankshaft sensor first.
