2008 Audi Q5 gearbox. If I have a problem in hydraulic pressure sensor 1 (G193), should I change the Audi Q5 mechatronic or only hydraulic pressure sensor?

Question edited for clarity, 'year make model' FIRST. Larry provides a great answer (as always :>) Larry Ng Sep 20, 2022 3.0l V6 IN FRONT? 7 GEARS BOX. the $64,000 question asked a zillion times there is no hard fast answer on automatics! see all those seals inside the box. and if just 1 or more leaks ATF, pressures fall, and will not shift correctly. so you scanned the PCM/TCM first, and got errors, not told? on modern boxes the pressure from the pump is modulated (EPC) by the TCM and if the sensor reads wrong;, the sensor is bad or the modulator is bad or you have HUGE leaks inside. got 400kmeters? odometer on this car/box/ the book on the transmission read the page on pump pressure testing we do the tests, first. (after scans) the test for pressure is done in all gears PRNDL , and checked top spec. if reads ok the pressure sensors is fibbing if reads wrong the pressure sensor is telling truth. do that test in the tranny book I use ATSG manual (books). On Some boxes we have bank if pressure switches that verify each gear actually select. by pressure each. even 7 of them for 7 gears. not scanning the TCM first is a bad act. do all the tests in the DSG-7 DL501 0B5 S-Tronic first, TCM errors matter first, even blow fuses.

They're going to fuses on the Audi for 1.8 will keep blowing infused if my fuel pump not plugged in something just keep it on my fuses

I am sure you know exactly what you mean, but what you have written makes no sense at all. Ask someone that speaks English to retype the question. Also, always include full 'year make model'. ..

Oil mixing in reservoir

the most common fault for this is the oil cooler, where the oil filter screws on ,these fail inside and allow oil and water to mix, usually in the coolant system, not a big job or cost to fix, unusual for head gaket to blow on these engines.I worked with Audi for 15 years and cannot remember any A4's that had a head gasket issue.

2010 Audi A3. How to change the oil please.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. Let's assume you mean engine oil. You also need to change the oil filter as well. You will need a jack, axle stands, an oil catch pan and a container to store the old oil until you can take it to your Community Recycling Centre, a set of wrenches and an oil filter wrench. As Larry states, it is much better to go to Jiffy Lube, with no fuss, no mess, in and out in 15 minutes. Free Audi a3 2009 stereo code?

If you have the code in you original vehicle documents explain to the buyer what the situation is and send him the code when you can. Most drivers like the idea of getting stuff for free even if they have to wait a day or to extra for it.

Audi A4 Quattro, 6 Speed manual. You need to fight to put gas into; because it stops the gas pump, as it was full; even on empty.. AND.. It will Not start on an incline now either..

Take it back to them and give them the opportunity to put it right or have them pay for an Audi garage to do it properly.

sounds like your slave/ and or master cylinder went out, find the peice i posted below, it is connected to your transmission, inside of the black boot is a cylinder, try to push and pull the cylinder, if it has play or moves back and forth then its time to replace. double check your brake fluid is up to level. shopping-5fbkbmmednt2zeobmufdtqtw-d-0.png

I have 2014 Audi A4 I noticed good size puddle of coolant coming from the bottom of the vehicle it does not over heat?

The puddle is in fact frost and condensation from the AC system. It is normal that this happens and you notice it 5 to 10 minutes after you park.. Top up the coolant anyway.
