'Sam' isn't the manufacturer. If you by 1,000 in bulk from a Chinese maker they will call them 'Corrine' if you want with badges and decals to match.

is it getting fuel to the carb bowl? try cranking it with your hand sealing the carb intake and see if you get gas on your hand.

check youtube for generic carb cleaning videos. they're usually all similar and you'll get the jist of it.

Pull your plug and check compression. Crank it over with plug out. Should tell you if it won't crank with no plug then yes its cooked

possible worn out rod bearing on your crank causing vibration and caused the seal to go bad
