2005 polaris 400 sportsman. The reverse lights

2005 polaris 400 sportsman. The reverse lights don't come on in reverse but they still work when the work light switch is on. How do I fix this?

Page 85 of the Owner Manual for Fuses. It also says it has a circuit breaker, but doesn't say where?
