My Artic cat 650 will pull start, but will not electric start. I have tried charging battery, but it as power. It just clicks when I push the electric start. I have started it let it run for a hour and shut off. It would immediatly start from the electric start, but the next day same thing!

a really bad battery thats shorted out can even cause jumping not to work. could be time for a starter rebuild also. junk inside shorting the armatures.
Make sure the kill switch/etc is not in the OFF position!
..Check to see if the spark plug will fire..this will be a two man job... if not..proceed with the following..
... Disconnect the battery.. check the voltage... should be 12.5+ volts if its fully charged..
Reconnect the battery... MAKE SURE you have a thick wire from the battery to the solenoid... now...check the voltage on the +wire from the battery at the solenoid stud.. should be 12.5+ volts..(same as battery)..
If you have voltage at the solenoid, take a screwdriver and jump between the main threaded studs of the solenoid.. it should turn the engine over.. if not.. you have a bad solenoid..OR NO voltage!!
Charge up the battery fully, check the primary battery connections to everything - especially the starter. Check for voltage at the starter solenoid when you push the starter button. Check for good ground from battery to frame & battery to crankcase.
