Well if it is lacking pulling power/takeoff power there should not be any kind of adjustment on it outher than replacing the belt

SOURCE: How to fix a leak fuel from the carbuator or primer for a atv arctic cat 500 2005

I am laughing at some of these "fixes".. remove the carburetor, take it to the dealer, he will know what you need. There is a rebuild kit (or new plunger kit) for this pump.. you MIGHT be able to clean it and replace the o-ring (NOT WITH A BIGGER ONE) - but the correct one..I know this is a pain in the a$$.. let a professional repair/fix it instead of guessing..

Removing Clutch

you have to have a clutch puller bolt. most aftermarket places sell them, marshalls, western power sports, rocky mountain atv, ebay, etc.

make sure you put grease on the threads, and i usually tighten the puller bolt, hit the end with a brass hammer, tighten it again, hit it with a brass hammer again, and repeat till it comes off.
