This may sound excessive for some however has worked many times for same situation on a few dif machines. If spraying with penetrating fluid fails and or any other attempt. Put machine up on blocks or what have you (i flipped the one i was working on, on its side because i had no blocks or stands or anything). Secure it so the machine itself wont budge, find a railroad tie, or a 4x4, or 3x3 piece of wood that is solid with no rot or weakspots... swing the 4x4 like its a baseball bat with every ounce of "i wont let these rims win" you got, aiming for the inside lip of the rim itself every few hits spin the rim a tad...eventually its gnna come off. I mustve taken 100 swings, and im no sissy ...before it came off, and i was swinging upward, more like swinging a golf club..sucked but worked..best of luck.
Cheers

My Kawasaki 4010 Mule 4x4 diesel blows a fuse every time I use the brakes. What do I look for?

Something is shorting to earth on the brake lights.

Get a pack of fuses.

Remove left side bulb. Brake, does is blow the fuse?
Remove right side bulb. Brake, does it blow the fuse?
If yes to the above, it is the light fitting or wiring rubbed through to that light.

If no, it is the switch or wiring to the switch on the brake pedal.

Mule kawasaki 3000 will jump start, but when I remove cables it dies

With the limited information given, I suspect you're going to need to have someone check your alternator.

Rear wheels lock up at high speeds

Sounds like a bent axle.... or something in the rear differential. ...the heat generated by the bent axle will cause all the clearances to disappear!!!
