SOURCE: Front sprocket

Hi ........... One tooth less will give you more top speed (if you can pull top revs) but will reduce accelleration. If you go for one tooth less you'll need to tighten the chain and/or remove a link. It's a trade off ............ decide what you want the bike to do.

I have a 1989 Polaris Scrambler 400 4x4 with 22x11-10 itp mud Lite on the back of it is it ok to put 23x8-10 on the front of it because it should have bigger tires on the front stock

Technically yes you can, HOWEVER!! The 23x8's are taller, thinner tyres so they might affect your speedo reading and handling if they are not a standard Polaris size. The front end will also ride a tiny bit higher than the rear end. If you haven't got the original handbook try contacting Polaris directly or a dealer with your vehicles details and ask them what sizes are recommended for your ATV.
ATV tyre sizes translate as follows... a 23x8-10 tyre will be-
= 23 inches in diameter measured all the way across the widest part of the whole tyre.
= 8 inches across the width of the tread of the tyre.
= 10 inch diameter of the actual wheel rim.
22x11-10 is 22 inches tall, 11 inches wide on a 10 inch rim.
23x8-10 is 23 inches tall, 8 inches wide on a 10 inch rim.

Where is the fuse panel on a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 twin?

On 2002-2004 models, the fuse panel is located on the front frame member underneath the front fender cover.
The center cover under the front rack is removed to gain access to the fuse panel as well as the radiator.
I find it easier to unplug the headlights and remove the front rack for this.

I have a 1999 Polaris Ranger 6 x 6 what engages the front wheels transmission or front gear box

I'm in the UK and not familiar with your particular vehicle..
However, the front gearbox as you call it is probably a transfer unit/case. This transfer case takes power from your auto transmission and transfers it to the front wheels.

You can remove the front propshaft (drive shaft) from the transfer case/front differential and make your vehicle 2 wheel drive. This, supposedly, gives you better mpg.

Yamaha banshee

15 - 46 = 3.06 ratio..
6-7 links.. you need to move the axle all the way forward when installing a new chain... (it will stretch!) moving the axle all the way forward gives you plenty of adjustment later!!
