How do I change my front boot on my Honda fourtrax four wheel drive

SOURCE: Stuck in two wheel drive.

There is an electric motor that engages drive.  Mine was stuck and a mechanic beat it w a hammer while I was in vehicle w brake on in drive pushing the diff 4wd buttons.  It freed up and started working fine!!  It looks like a small starter under car on passenger side. Or buy one on ebay  for cheap and replace it

There is a switch that has twwo wires going to it, it's located just above the motor on your transfer case,on the drivers side, one plug goes to the motor and the other goes to this switch, it's the motor that shifts it into low and high range, I'm not sure what the switch is called but it tells the front end when to lock and unlock.

cant help here nver seen one here in spain,but is it a hardy spicer joint or a constant velocity type

all good spiers,

the year model have not changed, even the rear wheel axle size is the same.

SOURCE: 91 Honda fourtrax 300 back tires don't spin

maybe something was put in wrong, the rear wheels do not spin unless all of the transmission components are put in correctly
