I have a 1995 Suzuki King Quad (LT-F4WDX). Wont accelerate when warmed up.

I have a 1995 Suzuki King Quad (LT-F4WDX). with under 2000 miles on her. It starts fine and runs fine until it gets warmed up. then it wont accelerate. it starts to choke as if it isnt getting either air or gas. The pet **** has been replaced with a brand new one, the carb has been completely rebuilt. The gas filter has been changed, the gas lines have been replaced and the gas tank flushed out. Any Idea what the problem is????? Need help on the old Girl. Thanks, Jerry

Did you adjust the valves? check and make sure the fuel pump is putting out enough fuel, way past time to replace it. check your voltage too, the regulators in those are famous for dieing.
