Why will my arctic cat 4 wheeler not turn off when I turn the key off

Sounds more like a fuel delivery issue, Professional carb cleaning needed and a new spark plug!

I am laughing at some of these "fixes".. remove the carburetor, take it to the dealer, he will know what you need. There is a rebuild kit (or new plunger kit) for this pump.. you MIGHT be able to clean it and replace the o-ring (NOT WITH A BIGGER ONE) - but the correct one..I know this is a pain in the a$$.. let a professional repair/fix it instead of guessing..
