You may have blown the main fuse for the starter relay. Easy to do. If you follow the red positive battery cable to the starter relay (most models) you'll find the starter relay at the other end. There should be a fuse in the relay or in a panel on the atv. Same type square standard sized boxed fuses car use. Best place to start. If you comment or answer with your year, make, model and engine size I can provide a better answer.

**FYI - that's a pretty standard starter relay. That's for a Yamaha Bear Tracker - two fuses - one is the main and the other is a spare that you can pull out and use. When the fuse blows no power. - With your lights - they will still work if attached directly to battery. Relay won't if fuse is blown.

29, 30 & 31 are the starter relay for the model this diagram goes to. Usually the relay is going to be close to the battery, by the way.

04 Polaris predator, I bought used last week. I put a new battery and new carb on it. It doesn't have power, won't start, and no spark with kick starter. Dead. Fuses, wires, look good. Any ideas

Did it have compression before you bought it?
No power to the electric starter? Then you probably have no power to the ignition system. I'd check battery connections. Is the battery going flat overnight? Some shorts. Is there an ignition with a key? Is the switch good? or all the connections good? Corrosion does some funny things. Fuses may look good but actually are not.

I have 2001 eton rascal with no spark

always check the ignition switch and the kill switch. we have had kill switch wires melted to the muffler and will not start, unhooked it and replaced the wire and runs like new. sometime the switch can be faulty.

an easy way to check is to hook a test light to the positive side of the battery and if you touch the kill switch wire when it is in the kill mode it should light up. when in the run mode it should not light up. if it lights up then replace it, fix the short, etc...

2010 Kawasaki 610 mule has no power when key is on and battery is good? There is 12 volts at the starter but nothing happens when you turn on the key switch.

Kawasaki mule 610 new battery but little to no power to solenoid. Fully charged starter makes rapid clicking noise. When attacked to battery jump starter it will start. Mule was running excellent for 2 weeks with new battery. I was told by kawasaki technician it was ignition. Nope thoroughly skimmed inspected wires and see nothing wrong. Technician told me different second time, it's now the starter replaced starter ($450) and still no results I'm at a loss
