I have 2002 polaris trail boss that just bought it and that tool me all it need is a carb I put one on it and it ran for a little time and stop now I and reading that it needs a fuel pump help me

You need a Manuel and will have to test the pump.

2001 Polaris Trail Boss 325 ATV. Why doesn't it go more than 20 mph?

My guess is that Chinese carburetor is not jetted or set up right. It may not even be opening fully. Ask in the Polaris forums. Top speed should be 45 mph.
