This 4 wheeler has been set up for about 2 years, I cleaned carb and fuel system, when started it runs good but after a few seconds it sounds like a bearing or bushing that is dry starts moaning or a light squiling,it comes and goes it seems to be on left ( pull cord side )down around end of crank, I listened with mechanics stethoscope, seems to be around the left end of crankshaft the oil screw on top of head is putting out oil when opened.

NEVER run it without the battery being attached!
Doing that risks voltage spikes that can blow out every single diode in the entire system.
If you had not done that, I would have just suggested perhaps it had a bad ballast resistor on the ignition coil or something.
But now I would have to recommend that all the charging circuit diodes be check with an ohmmeter. They should only have continuity in one direction.
Then you need to put a voltmeter across the battery and see if it holds up when cranking. If not, then either the starter is bad and drawing too much, or the new battery is no longer any good. It only takes a couple of hours to ruin a new battery if there is a bad enough drain on it. If the diodes are shot, the battery will drain even when just sitting while off, as long as connected.

That sounds like it is running too lean. You may need some carb adjustments to account for your altitude.

Could be a problem with a bad float that is overloading the engine with fuel. Does it take a little bit to "clear its throat" once you are on flat ground again?
