Stalling king quad 400asi stalls when hot. there is no heat light on, and the fan never comes on.when its cold it fires right up. and rides for a half hour straight until it stalls

you have a pinched wire someplace in your wire harness. maybe a melted spot also could cause this.hot wire shorting out to ground on frame. anything you had loose lately. under gas tank , wires got against exhaust pipe, wires rubbed bare from wear ? broken wire in harness could cause it.

Sounds like you have a wire that is ALMOST broken or the insulation is worn off and grounding, or turning is pulling a wire loose from a connection. .. this type of problem is HARD to trace down sometimes... good luck

Check your gas tank vent 1st. Cdi and coils can fail with heat.

No, it is either an electrical problem or fuel delivery problem.

you are fouling spark plugs. the atv is running way too rich. either the air filter is super dirty or exhaust has been modified (race pipe, baffle removed, etc)

if none of those have been done then maybe your carburetor needle is stuck open and is flooding the motor and the carb needs cleaned.

think u correct saying it flooding had same problem sticking float
now and again changed float no more problem or getting starved of fuel.

have seen this happen to my honda, water gets ingested in the carb when in deep water and settles in the bottom of the fuel bowl. you must remove the fuel bowl drain cap to drain out water

carb issue, need to get them cleaned
