I would check the spark plug after cranking to see if is getting gas-clean and re-install-also if your battery is weak you may have a dead cell that may be effecting the quality of the spark thus not firing -cheers Denny

I am not exactly familiar with this particular atv.. start with removing the gas tank, this should allow you to see where the fan is connected and bolted to. It should be a pretty straight forward operation.
Hey John,
Start with a new spark(correct one). Have a professional clean and set the carb. Check your air filter - replace or - needs to be clean/treated(oiled) and the airbox clean.
make sure filter is clean not gunked up..try draining carb if there is a plug if not. Then try to clean the carb the jets could be clogged not hard at all to take apart.Good luck
Drain tank and install new spark plug and fresh gas
